We will assign a Print Management Team to your account consisting of a Team Leader, Primary Hardware Technician, Primary Network Support Technician and a Primary Administrative Representative. These highly skilled individuals are solely dedicated to provide you with fast and prompt service for your account.

A non-invasive data collection to identify all devices and per unit volumes
2. Assessment
Based on the Snap Shot we analyze and provide a comprehensive report of units, utilization, and operational cost per unit
3. Recommendation
Based upon the Snap Shot and assessment, we offer alternatives and document print flow to maximize productivity and increase cost savings
